 All you need to do is fill in the contact form give us some time to get in touch with you. Just make sure you accurately enter your contact details so we can schedule a call to understand what you’re looking for and how we can help.

 If calling is not an option, especially if you are based outside India, we can take things ahead via e-mail, WhatsApp or Skype.

How will my diet affect my game performance?

Sport-specific nutrition when followed consistently will not only help you train harder & stronger, it will also enhance recovery to avoid injuries & make sure you achieve your true potential on the game day.

How much weight can I lose with your program?

Every individual is different & so is the way their body responds to a nutrition plan. There is no defined number but we aim for 3-4 kgs weight loss a month in a healthy sustainable fashion.

I have a clinical condition. Can you help?

We work with clients suffering from a wide range of medical issues like PCOD, Thyroid, Diabetes, Hypertension, Fatty Liver, IBS, Hypercholesteremia, Gout etc.

Being passionate about fitness and living a healthy life I thought my nutrition was on point. That was until I was guided by Shruti and it completely transformed my perspective about nutrition. ​At 23, I was 115 kgs and seriously considering bariatric surgery. As a golfer, the excess weight was also hampering my drives & overall performance. My long strokes have improved and I consistently rank better in tournaments. Thanks to Shruti, I’m feeling fitter and playing better than I ever have!

As an endurance runner for 25+ years, I cannot emphasise enough on the importance of nutrition. I had the off-chance of meeting Shruti at a conference and took up a consultation a few weeks ahead of big international race. I followed her recommendations and noticed visible improvement in my endurance & also experienced delayed onset of muscle fatigue, during the race.
